The pet is recreated from photos, so make sure you add clear photos of the front and side view. If you want to add more or other photos of your pet after placing an order, you can email the photos to yaralidesign@hotmail.com, stating your order number.

Once your order is in, your pet will be scheduled for making. Please allow 1 to 3 weeks for delivery. (Depending on how busy it is).
Once your clay pet is ready, photos will first be sent by email so that any adjustments can still be made.

Your clay pet will of course be carefully packed and shipped!
